Finally today I have enough time to play with my new eye shadow palette. Huge thanQ to sweet Kay! As always I did a bright make-up look and feel a little bit confused. Because I know, a lot of my blog readers basically don't wearing this type of make-up including me! And I'm curious, may be you want something more wearable and light and useful than all of these bolt eyes using just this palette. Just let me know if you are! Also if you like all my bright looks and have any pictures to take an inspiration from, please send them on my e-mail at requesttoanastacia@yahoo.com. It'll be very appreciate! And I'll be do more make-up looks grabing an inspiration from there. Because recently I am run out of fun ideas.
Today's make-up is based on pink and purple and plummy kind of eye shadows. I don't know why, may be it is a spring mood, but I really wanted to try this floral sort of colors combination on myself. Mostly I used Coastal Scents eye shadows from 88 regular palette, also I used Laneige pigment/loose eye shadow from their Snow Crystal collection, which is still being my absolutely favourite collection. And also I used an eye shadow from Sunset palette by Sleek. Thats all! Very flower-ish kind of inspiration.
First of all I applied cream color base by VoV Color Song Eye Color in Glow Purple #6 all over the upper lid and blended it out with my ring finger.
Next I took my regular flat eye shadow brush and applied pink color (7 row 6 down) all over Glow Purple base.
With another small stiff brush I applied light gold eye shadow (2 row 3 down) on the inner corner of my eye and little bit underneath the eye and also pull it upwards.
Here I took the same brush which I used for pink eye shadow and applied Laneige Snow Crystal Prism in Purple Prism #P545 all over the main pink color. I just wanted it to be more purple-ish tone.
With my Cathy Cat soft blending brush I applied plum color from Sunset palette by Sleek on outer V corner of the eye lid and blended it towards the inner corner. So now, main color is kind of in the center. Nicely connect light gold shadow with plum color above the pink and don't forget to blend out all fine lines.
Now I took small crease brush and applied dark purple eye shadow on the very outer corner of my eyes (6 row 8 down). Just to create more dimention on that eye area.
